Come join us for this intensive 12-week class where you will learn techniques for discovering and integrating those hidden parts of yourself which are called Shadow.
This is the first of a two-part class, both of which are designed to restore personal power and promote conscious living. The second class, My Personal Myth, will be offered consecutively.
Light creates shadow and both reside within.
In this class, students will engage in a strategic approach towards introspective investigation of this hidden teacher. Additionally, training in the arts of Lucid Dreaming, Dream Interpretation and some Meditation and Journaling Techniques will be offered.

Scrying Beginning (8 weeks) Online
The Tarot is a language of symbols through which we seek to understand both the nature of life and our own unique identities. Its study can span the course of a lifetime. This is the first in a series of classes designed to make the study of the Tarot both personal and thorough, finishing with skills that are highly polished and of professional quality.

Mindfulness Techniques Workshop: Neurographic Art (2 weeks)
Neurographic Art is a mindfulness technique which allows a person to connect with their subconscious through freeform and intuitive drawing. It helps a person to create connections between the brain, the body and the psyche. Neurographic Art requires no previous artistic skill, and the use of various shapes and colors can be both a catalyst for change, as well as a deeply insightful technique for self-discovery. If you like coloring, you will love this class because our coloring is purposeful and insightful! The workshop is two hours each week for two weeks.
