Neurographic Art is a mindfulness technique which allows a person to connect with their subconscious through freeform and intuitive drawing. It helps a person to create connections between the brain, the body and the psyche. Neurographic Art requires no previous artistic skill, and the use of various shapes and colors can be both a catalyst for change, as well as a deeply insightful technique for self-discovery. If you like coloring, you will love this class because our coloring is purposeful and insightful! The workshop is two hours each week for two weeks.
